Welcome to THE PROJECT WORK. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this service. By using THE PROJECT WORK, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To purchase projects or suggest custom work, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Purchases of ready-made projects are final once the digital files are accessed or downloaded, subject to our Refund Policy. All pricing is in INR unless otherwise stated.
Custom project requests are subject to discussion and formal quotation. A 50% advance payment is required to begin development, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.
All materials provided are for educational and academic reference purposes. While you receive a license to use the source code for your specific project, THE PROJECT WORK retains intellectual property rights to the original templates and frameworks unless explicitly transferred in writing.
